Return Policy

Orders to be returned MUST be new, unused, and in original packaging, MUST be returned within 30 days, and MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Approved RMA's are valid for 60 days. Products must arrive to High Lifter before the 60 day RMA expires.

Products damaged or defaced due to installation are non-refundable. Inspect your tire order before mounting or installing. Tires that have been mounted or ridden are non-refundable unless found to have a manufacturers defect. Overages and shortages in shipments MUST be brought to the attention of High Lifter Products, Inc. within seven (7) business days of receiving shipment. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month.

Snorkels are Excluded from High Lifter's Snorkel Policy. There is a strict NO RETURN POLICY ON SNORKELS.
