Shipping Policy

We try to keep all prices, applications and product descriptions current; however, on occasion, due to third party vendors or other circumstances, prices are subject to change before this website is updated. High Lifter reserves the right to charge the current price, but will contact you before charging you if the current price is different than your order.

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days from ordering but High Lifter's goal is to ship products the same day if the items are in stock in our warehouse and the order is received by NOON Central Time. One exception is the shipment of mounted wheels and tires. This process takes time and with the accumulation of orders they cannot always be shipped the same day, even with the order being received by noon central time. Most tire and wheel packages ship within the following business day assuming the product is in stock. The only other prohibiting factor would be a large volume of orders limiting our time and inventory. High Lifter does its best to offer same day shipping when possible.

UPS Shipping on Portal Gear Lifts  - High Lifter Gear Lifts are shipped in mutiple boxes. All boxes are shipped together from High Lifter's distributiuon center. Separate tracking numbers will be sent out for each box shipped. A box may be separated in transit by UPS. All boxes may not arrive at the same time. Please track each package for estimated delivery. Freight shipping is an option to ensure all boxes arrive together. 

Expedited Shipping

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through our website and Amazon. Online orders are only processed during normal business hours, Mon.- Fri. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Any expedited shipping for all orders received after 12:00 PM CST on Mon-Fri, on a Saturday, Sunday or observed holiday, does not start until the next business day. UPS expedited shipping does not consider the first day as one of the shipping days. High Lifter's goal is to ship in a timely manner and most orders received by noon CST ship the same day when the item is in stock at High Lifter Products.

High Lifter Free Shipping

Most High Lifter branded items ship at no cost to the lower 48 states. Items shipping at no cost will show "this qualifies for free shipping" on the item's product page on the website. Orders qualifying for free shipping must be $100 or greater.

Cash On Delivery

COD is not available for tires, wheels, winches, or baskets. COD is not available for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. All orders shipped COD must be paid for by money order or check (cash is no longer accepted by UPS). There will be a $8.50 COD charge added to each package shipped, plus an additional 1.25% (UPS handling fee) to the total invoice. (Our shopping cart software will not automatically add it to the order.) COD orders must be paid in US funds. We are not responsible for cash sent with orders.

International Orders

Shipping alternatives vary by country. Please choose your country of origin by selecting your country's flag at the top of the Home Page.

Note to buyers outside the United States:
High Lifter will secure firm quotes on shipping costs from shippers and advise you of the cost for your approval before shipping. Please understand that some countries, including Canada, also charge duties and other fees, the calculation of which is unknown to us, and may be charged to you before your package clears Customs. These fees, and price differences due to differences in the currency exchange rate, are beyond our ability to predict. We therefore assume no responsibility for charges assessed which may be in excess of the sale price and shipping cost, including recipients who do not have an import license. High Lifter is not responsible for any return of goods due to international shipping policies within a certain country.

If you wish to check on likely duties and fees before you order, we can furnish the telephone number of the customer service section of the expected shipper or you can contact the local Customs officials in your country and advise them of the value and other details they may need to give you an estimate of any applicable fees. Refused Orders

Refused orders will result in customer being placed on "Do Not Ship" Basis until freight charges and a 20% restocking fees are paid.
