Gator Waders replacement program covers any Manufacturer’s defect in the workmanship and materials of your Gator Waders gear. This replacement program applies to consumer use only and is null and void if the product is used in a manner for which it is not intended. The replacement program period for your Gator Waders gear is 12-months from the original date of purchase. This replacement program is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be provided with any replacement claim submitted. By definition, a Manufacturer’s defect is caused by some error that occurred during the assembly of the product and was not intended to be a part of the product. Keeping that definition in mind, let’s look at some things that would NOT be covered by a Manufacturer’s defect replacement program: Excessive wear and tear (Beyond normal function) Improper cleaning, care, or storage ANY modification, alteration, or repairs done by anyone other than Gator Waders Burns or deterioration caused by chemicals or any other foreign contamination Snags, cuts, rips, tears, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or from other than normal use of the product Incorrect sizing. If your waders do not fit, please contact us immediately to exchange your waders for a better fitting size BEFORE you wear them, or the replacement program is void Gator Waders products are designed and constructed for maximum comfort, mobility, and durability with the sole purpose of keeping you comfortable, dry, and protected. While Gator Waders products do excel in all of these aspects, they are not indestructible. Sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and unexpected falls can push ANY fabric or clothing type beyond its limits. We are sure that our customers can understand that as a company we are unable to cover unforeseen accidents or damage to your waders that are outside of the control of Gator Waders.
