Does anyone know if these things have a rev limiter on them. My gransons only goes abot 15 mph,then it kinda sounds like it`s hitting a rev limiter.If so,where can i get a higher one? I would appreciate any help....Thanks!

Take the plastic out of the airfilter in the front.
