will the carb off of an '03 foreman 450 fit on a '98 foreman 400? i need to know quick cause if it does I'm about to buy it. but I need to know it fits for sure first.

yes it is the same and all you have to do is put it on. i have about 3 450 carbs and 2 400 carbs and i dont know which one is which now from changing them around from one to the other.

yeah it will fit rite up but idk if the jets are the same but that dont really mater if your going to jet it anyway.

1995 foreman 400, mudzillas, 28x10 up front,28x12 out back, 13/4" spacers on the back and rincon wheels flipped around on all fours. yeah its wide. custom snorkel, clutch kit, gutted out factory pipe it's super loud! just got front diff and output shaft out of a 03 foreman factory 4-2-4! and a Detroit gearless locker!

It will work both the internals of those carbs are different.You can look between part numbers on a finche.
