Just because a battery is NEW does not mean it is good. Don't forget to check your battery terminals to security and tightness. Since you replaced the battery, maybe you never tightened the terminals tight enough and now they have worked loose and won't turn over the starter. The lights may come on and everything, but as soon as you place a big electrical load (like the starter) it can fail and make the solenoid click. It might even just die and do nothing. Every cirumstance is different. If that seems ok, then follow the instruction mentioned above on testing the soleniod. If all that fails, then come back and let us know. We'll point you in another direction of troubleshooting. Dezz
