Status: offline 		I would say that long term you would have negative effects.  If nothing happened right away, it will probably bite you later.  You will be running lean and may not even know it (like the above posters friend) and will eventually cause problems.

I have to agree with jrafter on this one. Even with my pipe on the map i have set is still taking away a lot of fuel. You should be fine.


Why did honda make them run so rich from the factory?

It does alot !! You can adjust it and tune your bike to be near perfect. Take away alot of that richness in the bike and get it fine tuned.
