I bought a a new suzuki several months back and got the 3 year extended warranty on it. I bought a power kit of ebay and then realized that installing this might void my warranty.

Will it void it anyone have a problem getting warranty work done with a kit installed?

I know i could always take the kit out and stick the factory jet back in it but there is a plug over the idle screw that will have to be removed. i guess that's why they started plugging them?

No....If your dealer says yes.....there morons. I work for a Kawie and Suzuki dealer. We warranty with lifts, Outlaws, and snorkels.

The best thing to do, is go ask your dealer. Like stated above, some are picky about it...others aren't. On the air/fuel plug question, unless there was an issue from damage done by being too lean/rich, then the plug being pulled shouldn't matter.
