Why do I see people swapping in 800 clutches???  What is the advantage???  And what year clutch are you using?  I will be replacing mine this winter and I am wondering if this will be worth while and why?

The 800 clutch has a smaller oneway bearing/hub in the bottom of the clutch which means the belt sits lower in the clutch giving better low end gearing from a standstill.   Once moving and the clutch is shifted out slightly, these is no difference between the two.

Thanks, is it any lower than the non-EBS on mine now?  I thought all the 08 < had the new style EBS?

If you have the non ebs primary clutch then I would not change it out unless you want EBS, but then you would need both the primary and the secondary along with a different belt.

But the 800 clutch wil not give you any more performance benefit then the clutch you already have.
