my girlfriend is gonna buy me a sheave for christmas. which one do yall suggest? would like to get one that comes with wieghts so i can get a little bottom end back. been thinking about the Fix kit on ebay but a few people i have talked to seem to not like it. other than that i have been leaning toward the hunterworks.

i have the hunterworks on my rhino 660 and i like it alot. it does seem to take a little away from the top end but now too much. i think you can just buy some heavier weights on ebay that will give you back your bottom end that you lose. i know i have seen them on there before. i think they are listed on the kms performamce store in ebay. not 100 percent sure though.

I really like the UTV Powersports sheave but since they are out of business I'd go with UTVCRAP.com

I would do some research for sure!
The main purpose of the sheave is to give higher top end. They are milled so the rollers can shift out further. You should not lose top end with the sheave.
The weights and springs need to be the proper size for your bike.
The whole system works together and the parts need to be correct for this to happen.
You need to buy from a store that has designed kits for your riding style and type of machine (mud not dunes).
If you don't want top end, I would call Erlandson Performance and get a clutch kit from them. Their kit may include the internal wet clutch springs to help your bottom end.
I'd call them before doing anything. This is where the vast majority of the clutch parts come from that are sold by the other companies.

Hunterworks.

Stock going from 42 to 50.

All they do with the sheave is mill out the outer edge inside where the weights ride.  Lets the same sheave run out a little further and add top speed.
