nothing wrong with polaris.i have had many of them and have had no problems, depends on your dealer also, bad dealer bad experiance, i like yamaha and kawi but my local dealer sucks. my cat and polaris dealers are top notch so thats where i go to be treated good. i still have a yamaha i just have to drive a 130 miles to get decent service. i love my cat and polaris as much as my yamaha just sucks that some dealers dont care about there customers and have pos mechanics that dont even know there product

i had the grizz 700 and you cannot go wrong with it, unless you want to go fast. If you want to go where others cant get the grizz, altho my renegade 800 has gone down every trail with ease that my grizz did.

ride em both :) you wont go wrong with either

Can Ams are great, don't get me wrong but the people I know with them are constantly having problems.  Partially this is due to the dealer one uses for service and work.  I'm partial to the Cats now.  I loved my Grizzly though too.

Well i will start of with this is an unanswerable question people are going to say to get what ever think they like at the TIME, like i'm going to say get a brute but i really trully like a brute more that the rest. I may not have owned them all but have rode most of them and I like a brute force more than the rest. You just need to find out what you like the best and get it and tell us what you think afterwards, thats my opinion!!!

I would have to say that since I have had my Brute I don't think I will ever own any thing else. All bikes break, all bikes have weak points and good points, some dealers are no good and some are great. It all boils down to what you want and or are willing too pay for. I would say use this form as reading material and do your research. Remember that when it is all said and done you will be the one in the mud or running the hardcore trails with the bike that you buy. Good luck.

I can't agree with the first part, as I've never owned a Brute! I ride with some buds that have them, some have been no probs & some have been nothing but probs!  I have a 750 King quad & I know they don't get considered, but are a real competitor in some of ther Big bore bikes. I paid $7650 OTD for my new 08 750 with 27" Swamp Fox Plus on ITP Type 7 Black rims(12"). The best price I found on the Grizz was $8400 OTD. With the mods in my sig, I've beat an 07 800 Can-Am, & an 07 800 PoPo(that was pre mods). I was wanting the 800 Can-Am, but for the price($9600 OTD) I had money to play with & I'm still under that price & my bike has full skids, belt snorks, VDI, M109R injector, EPI yellow spring, 18 gram rollers, 2mm shim mod, & my atv audio pipe ! Deffinately go test ride as many different makes/brands as possible, what's right for me/him/this one may not be the right bike for you. Also, like was stated, let us know which 1 you choose!  Later & good luck         Brandon

what kind of polaris do you have? have you seen all the improvements that polaris has made to the sportsman 850? if not, then take a look. if so, take another look. the only downside that i can see on that machine is how much of a pain it looks like to get to the belt.

You should check into the new 700 Arctic Cat comin out. Stock with snorkel, 28 mst's, 4.0 gears, clutch kit, and i think a few others. It might be worth checking into. Plus u wont void your warranty if u decide to mod it right away cause theres not much u will need to do. IMO

I would look in to the Suzuki kingquad i have had one for two years and beat it  to death and it runs gr8 i am one of those people that breaks every thing and this bike has no missed a beat i do a lot of mud ridden and some trail and if im on the throttle its wide open so theres no doubt in my mind its the bike to have i have seen a lot brutes and they have all had issues mostly with clutches but try different quads and pick what u like they all have there ups and downs its what is important to u that matters

Unfortanatly this bike spends most of its time pullin broken brutes and popos back to the truck or out of the mud
