You can't go wrong with the Amsoil my friend. The 0w-40 is the heavy favorite around here.

hands down amsoil. nothing else compares to it. you must run anyone of the motorcycle oils. not car oils.
the 0w-40 four stroke oil is great for the engine and front diff.
the highperformance 10w-40 is very good for high reving high HP motors like sportbikes.
the 20-50 is great for biginch air cooled v-twins and is also very good for high HP race engines.
for the rear diff you want tractor transfluid. its sae 5w-30 its for wet brakes. will out last any other wetbrake fluid out there.
save your money and get the best stay away from the rest. AMSOIL is number one and they place that on the bottle. no other oil company can since they cant back up there oils like amsoil can.

I change my oil and diffs about every other ride. We usually ride for about 8-10 hours so about every 16-20 hours I guess is how often I change mine.
