ORIGINAL: JBiRD05 i have the 28x10 edls on the front of my foreman 500....i got 10 lbs of air and they honestly measure right over 28 n a quarter...they some dang good tires for pullin in climbiin Thats very fortunate that your getting those heights, even if they are American EDL's. Every Mexican EDL I've seen was hard pressed to get to 27, and every USA EDL was in the 27.25 to 27.75(on a good day) range. Expect any new EDL's to run about 26.5-27 depending on rim size and PSI... I will say that PSI doesn't have hardly any effect in these tires, as I have had one with 40 PSI (yes, 40) and another with about 4... the height difference was about a quarter of an inch. So don't expect to stretch the tires easily either. To the original question, You would probably do better just to put a set of TSL 27x12 Vampires on the back and EDL's up front(even though there will be a slight height difference), as the 27x12 Vampires will do better in ruts than the 26x10 Laws (height and width advantage, sidelugs are negligible at that point), as well as being able to outperform even a comparable size Outlaw in any other situation. However, if you prefer to keep the 26x10's, either a 27x10 Vampire or 28x10 EDL will match somewhat close to the Outlaw's height, assuming the Law is 26 inches tall.
