well, here it is i am breaking my ct housing all apart pulleys and all.  clean them real well and go to put it back together  turn the motor on and oil leeks out from the shaft that goes through the primary pulley.... the that the clutches are on the back side..  I;m guessing this shouldn't be happening.  Can someone tell if this should be going on or not.

Nope! No oil should be leaking thru. The seal before the wet clutch must be bad and needs to be changed.

It's the only seal that can let oil get thru. Should be easy to swap, but probably not in stock at the dealer.

okay number 2 i can't get the belt over the primary and it seems that the secondary is kinda tight.  any tricks would be awesome.

You can use a cover bolt. Screw one into the secondary in the threaded hole close to the center. It will spread the secondary apart making it easier to get the belt out.

so the secondary is the one going into the transmission right it's an 07' motor which means this is the one with the helix.

thanks i will try that in about 20 minutes, i saw the three holes that were threaded but i didn't think that would spread the pulleys

if you are going to pull both pulleys off you could just pull everything off at one time, belt with both pulleys and all.

also if you are going to have to pul it down and replace the oil seal it would be a good time to install some wet clutch springs if it does not have them..

goodnews it wasn't a seal leek.  Don't know where it came from.  I put everything back together and ran it for a while throuh all rpm ranges and no leak.  Who knows.  but i am planning on checking it out after about a couple of weeks.  just to make sure.
