Will I have any problems pulling 26" mudlite xl's with my stock 400 4x4 auto?  I ride about 60% trail and 40% mud.  The trails I ride can get pretty agressive; for example: steep hills with ruts, rocks, etc. that have to be taken at slow speeds.  Will i slip the belt alot in high gear?  What about low gear?  any tips, tricks, etc. would be great.  Thanks.

It should spin those tires in half dry concrete.  Low is always best for technical stuff.

Hey man the 400 autos come with 4.0s, you'll be fine with just runing 26" IMO... You don't wanna run in high range in this terrain, remember, low range is your friend!  I'd also look into a pipe, filter, & cluch kit just for the extra bump in power!  Good luck & hope this helps           Brandon

Thanks.  I just wanted to see if you guys thought I would have any problems.  i don't want to do any power mods or anything right now.  I want to wait until the warranty goes out on it.  Worried that if something happens to it they will come back to me a say "we'll you put the clutch kit in it, or weel you jetted it and put the pipe on it".  Know what I mean?

in that case, they "could" say something about the tires too...

Not if I take it where I bought it.  They put the tires on it as part of the deal we worked out when I bought, they told me it wouldn't affect the warranty.  They did tell me not the mess with the engine though.  But knowing my luck you are probably right.

yeah, depending on how bad your dealer wants to rip you. hopefully they're a good one and will accept the tires...

They seem to be good people.  It is a family owned business a father, son and mother.  They are very easy to work with and worked me awesome deal on the atv and said i can have 15% off accessories for the next year.
