If you want a good steering tire for the front of a 2wd then you don't want a mud tire. Get a Maxxis RAZR or a tire like that, with them on the front and mud tires on the back you will be able to slide everywhere. Putting heavy mud tires on the front of a small 2wd is absolutely pointless, looks will only get you so far. There are a couple of Holeshots that come in a 23" size, they will keep your ground clearance up where it is now and get you better handling. I got 23" Holeshot XCTs on the front of my Banshee and they steer great, and they are 4ply rated for trails and stuff.
