yeh i really need some it rained for the past two days here and finally got out in the mud and i couldnt drift cuz the fronts wouldnt grip to turn lol

also when i hit the first water hole my recon bogged when i try to run at high speeds.. its like if u tried to go fast with the choke on? i didnt have the overflow tube plugged or electrical greese

sounds like you got water in the carb.  I never plugged the overflow and never had trouble but try that.

As for tires, spend money getting some decent tires on the back before you worry about the front.

25" Zilla, Vamp, Mudlite XL, Gator... + lift, pipe and jet.

then get some OEM foreman / rinny tires for the front rims (must be 12's)

thats just what Id do.

If you want a good steering tire for the front of a 2wd then you don't want a mud tire. Get a Maxxis RAZR or a tire like that, with them on the front and mud tires on the back you will be able to slide everywhere. Putting heavy mud tires on the front of a small 2wd is absolutely pointless, looks will only get you so far. There are a couple of Holeshots that come in a 23" size, they will keep your ground clearance up where it is now and get you better handling. I got 23" Holeshot XCTs on the front of my Banshee and they steer great, and they are 4ply rated for trails and stuff.
