they should fit, mabye lift needed?

they wont break axles if you are "somewhat easy" on them in bad situations... Ill put it that way.

I have a question about tire size for Outty 800 MAX.
How big size tires(Maxxis Bighorn) can be fitted without any rubbing and breaking.
26inch bighorns are okay. I confirmed it.
But I don't know exactly 27inch bighorn or bigger bighorn tires could be fitted well without any tuning.

i doubt you will ever have to worry about breaking anything with big horns... and you can go 27's with no problem

Okay. Thank you so much !
I will go 27" bighorn tires for my Outty 800 MAX.
One thing to add, I would like to change my RIM into either ITP SS112 or SS212.
But, according to 08wheelchart from ITP, SS112 has only 14inch, don't have 12inch. Is it right ?

What do you think about both wheel ?  Which one is better ?
Your reply will be helpful for me.

ITP has both 12inch and 14inch SS112 wheel ?

I can't find 12inch SS112 wheel for my Outty 800 MAX.

Im running the 32" ****s on my 800 max!!! I would like to put up some pics of the it but I won't I got them on facebook if you wanna look, im gonna find a atv place to put the and tell you guys where. What I did was stiffen the rear springs with a 1" spacer, and I put on factory outty 400 rear springs on the front and I built a bracket for the front to lift it an extra inch. I trimed the rear fender "lip" around the front of the tire ( the tire dosn't rub anything back there, but im only 185 lbs and I almost never carry a passenger. the front tires do rub the inner and outter fender when turning and also like to hook the headlight when turing and hitting a bump. So any of you thinking your 28" tires are gonna be too big for your outty, think again!!! I DID IT!!!    I have a highlifter clutch kit, pipe, and uni filter, thats it, and I can turn them tires easy enough.
