the temp light comes on my 450 rhino after you ride it for a while and it pushes water out of the over flow contanier. My fan is not running when the light is on should it be and what would cause this to keep happening? this rhino is not rode hard at all. it only has 440miles on it and most of them are from riding on the paved roads in the subdivision. Is there a fuse or a relay on the fan what is suppost to make the fan kick off and on. is there a sensor some where. If anyone has any answers please let me now so i can fix it. thanks

I would check the fan fuse first, should be located in the fuse box ( not sure of the exact location on a 450) it should be under the hood on the passenger side near the battery.  I would also make sure the radiator is clean from mud and dirt, just use a water hose, a pressure washer will damage the fins if you are not extremely careful.  after the engine is cool (3 hrs of not running) I would check the radiator fluid and top it off since you have puked fluid out of the overflow containter. I'm sure this will solve your problems..

thanks for the help,  one of the wires were pulled out of the connector clamp that hooks to the fan
