Anyone ever had thier drain plug strip?  I just ordered a helicoil set to try to repair it.  Just wondering if anyone else has ever done it?

i used a rubber drain plug and it dripps a little but take a bike tube and cut it so u can slip it over the plug and stick it in there because it usually will drip through the litlle blot in the plug

i have never stripped one b4 but i also dont use all my force on a rachet either i normally use a 1/4 inch rachet to ensure that im not over leverageing it

I don't either, it's just been in and out about a thousand times in the last ten years.
