hey guys my rubicon has a lil trouble starting. it starts with the choke but it sounds like the idle is too low. but after it warms up it runs like a champ. also, my lowend lost power how do i fix that? needle shimming?

what i do when i have trouble i dont like to choke it for some reason it gets hung when its about freezing temp lol but on the left side of the carb theres a primer button push it like three times works like a charm every time for me im just not sure if the rubicon has though

it has a primer. ok so i wont have to play with the idle? and what about the lowend power? needle shim?
