I just put new bearings and seal in. I have oil in the diff my question is. Do i have to add oil in the axle housing itself? Just wondering b/c the bearings are running hot so just need to know thank you

no you dont put oil in the tube, just make sure the bearings have lots o' graese.... marine grease suitable for wheel bearings would be best IMO
