ok who all is riding spring creek this weekend? im gonna snorkel my wolvy and test it out at the creek, who's up for the ride?

Im coming from beaumont saturday morning. be there prb around 930-10am. gonna have a couple of wheelers. im the red head (stands out) on a hmf'd green 420 on 27's well hope to meet some of yall out there.

We r riding friday night..... got a 40 percent chance of rain thursday though, but i think the creek will still be crossable!!

I thought we were not allowed to go in the water at Spring Creek. When I went there the guy at the front told us that we might even get a ticket if we cross or even go in the water...I just wasn't feeling the love...so I never went back...

The park has to tell you that, and if the Game Warden or Montgomery popo catch you you will get a ticket, but i heard most people get out of them
cause that is not really a navigable water way. I could have bad info, but more than one person has told me that. Just dont get caught
and if you do fight the ticket. I think we might take some peeps to General Sam's dude said they got over 2" of rain and it has not been hot enough to dry anything up.

ive got a ticket out there like 2yrs ago and it was dismissed for the exact reason. besides the creek is like 20feet high right now. were just gonna ride all the trails and the mud out there. heck last time i went i put 20 miles on the bike. anyways so far from people on here and my crew we got bout 15 bikes riding tonight. trisha & rinney yall need to come out and give it another chance you will have a good time. just need some one local to show yall all the good trails. hope everyone makes it tonight. we will be there round 6ish

sounds like fun but looks like i'm gonna miss out another weekend of ridding sux!! The Popo is still tore down snorkells half done and my wifes bike still hasn't been washed since the last time i rode the creek two sundays ago well yall have fun i'll catch up next weekend.

I dont mind going to the creek. It is a close drive and i think i have hit almost every trail out there. for the money though i prefer to go to Crosby.
I have been lucky so far on the ticket thing, I have more fun there when i dont go that often though.They need to get a clue and realize that
they charge way too much for people to ride, when Outlaws is only 5 bucks and a better place to ride.Oh and no worrys about getting a ticket!
When yall go on a Saturday i will hook up with yall one of these days.

tru that it really is a freaking rip off. roland the guy who owns it likes to rip people off, however its like 2 miles from the house and crosby is 45. when your driving home after a night of drinking i think the 5 dollar difference is well worth not going to jail for a DWI, which will end up costing 1,000 times more money. We will be at crosby sat for sure though so ill see yall out there

yea me too, good ride. also need to apoligize to Roland for the off hand comment i made earlier about him ripping people off. i like roland and the park is a fun place. however 10 a person is a little high. hopefully one day he will bring it to a reasonable price like the other parks in the area.

Hey bryce thanks for the invite sunday... It was an experience lets just put it that way.. was my wifeys first time driving on the trails, and towards the end she started to get the hang of it, but unfortunately we had to leave early cause the babysitter called.. Looks like creek is starting to receed, and may be drivable this weekend!!
