I have a sportsman 700 that was left out one winter and ever since it just hasn't ran right. It has boiled over out of the over flow bottle, constantly back fires, and has tons of carbon build up. I have taken it to two polaris dealers and they haven't been able to solve the problem. One said the head could possible be warped from when it ran so hot it boiled over. I think it could be out of timing. Once started up and idleing it only takes about 15 minutes for it to start heating up bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Staton
