went out with my son today riding the flooded roads in the 'hood. anywho he got in the middle of this one "road lake" and it just stopped moving, didnt die the clutch is not engauging. how do I adjust the clutch on this thing. looked all over for an adjuster like my foreman but couldnt find one. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Weird that the bike stopped moving so abruptly, but go ahead and try adjusting the clutch before doing anything else.  Here is how to adjust the clutch on a TRX90.

well got it going again today. adjusted the clutch and it works fine now. dont know why it happend so dang fast tho... either way it works again so he'll be happy.

Just as an aside, I've seen quite a few intake valves tighten up on TRX90's.  Usually within the first 50 or so hours.  I suggest checking the valve clearances on your TRX90 ASAP.  I can post the procedure and specs if you want.

yes please that would be great. it has about 25-30 hours on it now. Does it use a gasket or just rtv for the rocker cover? I bought this figuring its a honda so the thing will be around for my great grandkids LOL so I wanna do it all before I have any major issues.

No RTV or gasket for the TRX90.  Honda uses o-rings on the two valve adjustment caps.  I replace the o-rings every time they are removed, but you can get by with replacing them every other valve adjustment.  Here is the procedure.

sweet thanks alot! looks like I got some work to do next week. what manual are you getting all this from? Ill have to pick one up soon. my clymer for the 450 isnt in color like this. thanks again.
