is anyone running 1 1/2 on the belt intake/exhaust?? does it hurt cooling that much compared to 2"?? thanks

Lots of guys. even on tcats. never heard of anyone having problems.

TCAT is all 2"
650H1 is all 2" except half the belt exhaust is 1.5"

I have 1/2 on all 3 of mine and have not had any issues due to heat,
