what size bolt fits the secondary pully to spread it apart so i can clean the belt particle out of it

i belive its a 6 or 8 mm. which ever one has the 10 mm bolt head. it needs to be pretty long and threaded all the way up. i use a piece of metric allthread that is doulble nutted on the end.

8 mm same as BRP snowmobiles. A friend of mine welded a small handle on 8 mm thread and it work great on the Mach Z, I have not tried it on the Outlander.

Lowes has the bolt in stock. M8x1.25x70mm, fully threaded.

long 8mm bolt is all you need at least 5 inches

The $2.50 bolt from lowes will do the trick. Grade 10.9, 70mm long (roughly 2 3/4"). Threaded to the bolt head. I did it last week, works like a charm!
