300 Honda.....or as far as that goes any of the ranchers or foremans. You will probably get alot of different answers so it's really just up to you and how much money you have to spend.

wow that question is SSOOOO vague that every one and their brothers, buddies, sisters, boyfriends, uncle is going to chime in with "MINES THE BEST"

what kind of mudding are you looking for, strong trail manners with some playing in the mud..........or a strictly BOG bike.  then are you looking for small bore, mid bore, big bore, manual trans, auto, with or with out locker..........

you need to provide more information for a more educated answer!!

The first question is how much do you think you can save... that will have a lot to do with the answers you get.. from a $2500 older used bike to a $20,000+ built bog bike.. there is a lot of room in between so you have to narro it down to get good answers.

I hear those 250 timberwolfs make great bog bikes.  Rocketa makes a 125 that would shred any pit.

well when you say you are looking to turn it into a bog bike, i assume you will be replacing all the nesisary parts to make it a bog only bike. if so, you will just want to get a basic bike. no need to spend the extra money on a mud pro if you are going to lift it and replace the tires and all that good stuff. if you are not looking to do much then i guessyou could just get a mudpro

grizz 700 stock took me thru everything jeeps went thru out in my area, mostly 2wd with a lil wiggle :). good gc, more on the pricey end, but easy to snorkel, fits and spin almost any tire. Now own a renegade, its alot more fun, handles all the trails and mud that my grizz did, except i cant go nowhere deep as i did on my stock grizz, had to snorkel to get over the tires safely in water. Gr8 bikes, but it really depends on you and what you want.

test ride them all if you can, get a big bore so you wont regret not getting it.

Kingquad 750...plenty of power and reliable! Only thing is, if you're gonna go in water about as deep as the bottom of the muffler you defintely need to snorkle the CVT, unless you like draining the belt case and cleaning the clutch constantly. Power is pretty close to a brute, and the 2009 model comes with power steering.
