ok i got a rubicon (04) and have an hmf utility with a swamp series straight tip on it. i have welded a bracket to connect the pipe to my rack and a elbow up to straight to elbow back . for some reason i can weld it then it breaks the weld where the elbow connects to the tip after a ride. why is this.

you might have to use ss rods or wire, if you are welding ss. you culd use conduit clamps for homedepot or lowes.
