have got to take my carb apart, it is stopped up. got it all disconnected, but 2 wires on the bottom. they go in to a octagon shaped plug, they are yellow and reddish lookin in color. do the wires unplug from the connector or does the connector unscrew? have tried both ways, but they are tight, do not want to break anything. also would it be benifical for me to put a jet kit in while i ahve it down? my bike is all stock right now. thanks for the help in advance

Follow the wires the other way. They unplug away from the carb, and leave a "tail" hanging from the heater, which would in turn then be able to be unscrewed without having to twist any of the wires into a knot.
