Man, that would really stink...

Is it possible to repair that damage without replacing the case?  Could it be welded?

You would think Honda would have made the little boss that the drain plug threads into more robust.

I think it snapped because when i shine a flashlight in the hole there is like a quarter inch gap were the threads are suppossed to be. Man this sucks does that means i have to get a new crank case? do any of ya'll know how much it's gonna cost me? I tell u what i will never get another honda! I've had nothing but problems with this thing! And it's BRAND NEW! I still owe $6,000 on this peice and i can't even ride it!

Looking closely at that photo, it looks to me like if you are seeing a gap and then threads that chunk might not be broken off...

IE It looks like there is supposed to be a gap between the bottom of that little U shaped piece that is broken in the photo, and the bottom of the case, presumably to allow all the oil to drain out?

Is there another dealer or mechanic you could get to look at it?  Though you might have to open the case to see exactly what you've got, I would think there would be hope that the cast part isn't broken off, or if it is that a professional welder might be able to fix it, or at least get the hole sealed...

In that photo I wondered if the rest of the boss that is remaining could be ground out, so a nut or threaded piece of steel could be fit in there to hold the drain plug (and never remove it again).

Even if you ended up with the drain hole sealed permantly and had to change the oil with a vacuum machine, that would still be better than replacing the case.

Any auto parts store will typically have a variety of oversize plugs that self-tap, but I think you need to figure out if the part of the casing broken in that photo is broken on yours...

Don't put a self tapping plug in that hole!!!

Looking at the pic, there's half a thread at the top.  That means no resistance from the other side to hold the bolt square.  I can see a cracked case happening before the bolt's even snug...

I havn't laid my hands on one, but looking at the pic from toodeep, the only fix I'm possibly seeing is welding a bung on the outside of the case to hold a new drain plug.  That's IF the crankcase is suitable to leave the broken pieces inside.  That's hit and miss and would require the knowledge of someone who's split one of these...
