Not sure if the Dodge is coil sprung or not on that year but if it is you can put in coil spacers to level it. The same on the 04and up fords and 07 and up chevy's. But u should put this in the truck section. A mod is probably gonna move it whenever thy see it. And on your other post, yes you can put a suspension lift on body lifted truck. Body lift has nothing to do with suspension. But again dont ask these questions in here cause people will get aggravted at you. Good Luck

Nope, if its 4wd it has a solid front axle with radius arms and coil springs on the front; you will have to get some coil spacers to level it. I believe the 2wds used coils as well.

If it is a new style F-150 then it has coil springs and you will need spacers to level it. If it is a heritage model 4wd (old style 04') then you can crank the torsion bars on them.

1500 rams used a solid axle (dana 44) with a coil spring suspension untill 2001. In 2002 They switched to a independent suspension using trosion bars as the spring. If you have a 2000 you should be able to use coil spring spacers to level it out. I would recomend longer control arms, longer shocks, and a adjustable track bar to keep your front end in alignment.

Are your control arms factory? what about the shocks? If there extended you should be able to slide a coil spacer in. What size tires are you running?

oh yea im pretty sure your truck has a 5.9 360ci not a 5.7 345ci (hemi)

factory control arms look like C channel open on the bottom, factory shocks well i guess there just be black lol. if your controll arms are stock and you already have a 3inch lift i wouldnt put on the spacer it will make the angle really bad and make the truck ride very bad!

Thats pretty cool about the hemi i would like to see it post some pics

rebelmuddin, i wouldnt say all the things i suggested are real important but keep the suspension geometry aligned. I would really recomend the adj track bar your truck will pull without it.

I see your truck has the off road rims, Does it have the whole package or jus the rims. if it does you will have a factory 2inch lift already. you can use a 2inch coil spacer and clear 35s if you do have the off road package.

I would like to see the engine its not that i dont belive you just that its hard to belive.

Yeah I would like to see the pics to. Just didnt know they did that as a special order. Like the bumper 2. O RidinRed i guess u havnt sold the dodge yet. Hope everything is goin alright with a job. I know its tough right now. I finally just found another job. I wish i lived closer cause i would like to have one but im not a dodge fan unless it has a Cummins in it. But those trucks are awesome and i might make an exception to the rule

Dodge didn't make the 5.7 Hemi in 2000 they didn't start production of that until 03, the 5.9 (360) was the biggest motor untill the end of 03 when they dropped it. The 5.2 (318) got dropped after 01 when they switched bodystyles, in favor of the 4.7. The only two V8 choices are 5.2 and 5.9, not a Hemi.

Custom order or not unless it is a 331, 392, 426, or the new 5.7 thats been swapped into it, its got either a 5.2 or 5.9. They hadn't started produceing the 5.7 Hemi yet in 00, the earliest you could get one from the factory was 03.
