Wow that thing is ugly, Im glad to see someone got it that will build it up right.

1Bad300 never told us how bad of an angle the Ujoint is at.

I say take about 2"-3" Off the lift, start over on a Swingarm and keep the front a-arms but get some decent axles.

Im interested to see how it will look.

well its down to the frame now i plan on adding four inches or so to the swingarm to get it at less of a angle going with gorilla axles and rework the front arms they have some nasty looking welds on them as far as the motor i ain't real sure what rout I'm going on it yet prolly just going to be stock bore hp piston 459 cam and a gear reduction my girlfriend will be driving this one so i don't want to much power to keep the carnage as low as possible

it looks like the swing arm isn't completley staright it looks like it is bent to the left a little bit or it just may be how the picture was takin but if you clean it up repaint it and redo it i think it will be a nice 300

If it was me before I spent all the hassle of building a big straight rear axle lift I would def. rethink it and do IRS. Well worth it and my Rubi will be rolling out shortly at 35"

i like the way the sra looks so im gonna stay with that im gonna stretch the swingarm anouther four inches to get the angle better on it and shave the backing plate down but its going to be sportin some 29.5 skinnies all the way around and not to sure but prolly leave the front diff alone since its going to be my girlfriend driving it most of the time make it easier on her and i think im gonna go with the tan fenders and just get it all powdercoated black

Should be a beast. After seeing your pics of it I definitely agree on re-doing some stuff. It's one thing when we put ourselves at danger, it's a whole other thing when we risk the ol' ladies.  - For what you're thinking of using the bike for, it is hard to beat the simplicity of a SRA.

I'm thinking very hard about IRS'ing mine. My rear diff is going to break sometime and will need a complete diff(was foobared when I got it, I rigged it to work). That $500 goes a long way towards a IRS build when you can do all your own fabrication work. Probably won't do more than a regular old 2" lift though. I don't really want to stick the tires way-out past the fenders.
