maybe you can see whats wrong with it.... I can't tell the frame is bent terribly bad... not enough to shorten the wheel base on the passenger side almost 2 inches

Joshua can you get a full side shot? Im trying to get a look at how much is any the front tires are uneven. It probably bent right under the right floorboard. How did you wreck bTW??

i'll let him tell about the wreck.... i have alot of frame experience on cars, and its extremely hard to tell whats wrong exactly, especially without some stock measurements, there is no obvious bends, no broken welds, and now chipped paint that would suggest stressed metal.... from just doing some measuring th passenger tire is obiously back about 2 full inches and either the passenger side frame horn is down about a .25 of an inch or the drivers side is up..... after seeing the picture josh the tie rod is definately bent

ouch, the fram dont look bent , just the bracket for the lower looks aliitle out of wack, but its hard to ditermine witout seein it, i got a rincon 680 on the frame machine right now getting the frame pulled and the upper control arm brktsalso, he hit a 5 ft ditch going 25mph.good luck with her man

also check for stress cracks in the paint on the frame, that will tell you were and if its bent anywhere.

that joke that looks like a gusset on the a arm mount is bent, but only at the back mount.... it seems that the two front bars that connect to the frame is whats actually bent.... there's no stressed cracks in the paint that are vissible with what plastics have been removed so far... we've both looked at every possible angle several times, no doubt we can get it back right it just sucks to have to do it

Fell off the trailer?? What did it do land on the nose?? Im glad nobody was in it. I thought they hit a tree or something to make the right side like it is but I couldnt figure out how the whole nose was busted up

well it was on the back of a heavy duty 3 axle trailer behind a 1/2 ton z71, he lost control and the truck and trailer went off in a ditch and somehow it slung it off and I'm not really sure how it came off and landed I was about a mile up the road pulling the camper.

my dad is gunna run it by a frame shop sometime this week and see what they think.

I just wish I knew where to find info on the stock specs of the frame.

Bro when I was in Iraq pops ran my Grizz into a stump and ripped the whole right side a-arms and suspension off all the way back to the rear tire.

I made some measurements and went to a machine shop and had some new brakets made and just welded it all back up. That was back in 03 and thing is still welded up and running great.

my bud brad's rzr bent the frame on that lower a-arms attachment and it moved the right front tire back also. but his was obvious. CATVOS cut out that part of the frame and put stronger metal and added gussets to make it alot stronger.........here is a pic of the "tweek" LOL yours is PROBABLY bent in the same spot just not as obvious.......this is definitely a week point with big tires and big lift............but my brad's won't bend again. LOL

Those gussets really worry me. I have a similar bend on the one I picked up. Anybody have anything out for them yet?

I may consider beefing them up on the back side when I get my new frame.
