Like they say the 1. the prep( scotch bright pad works great ) then wipe it all down with a cleaner 2. adhesion promoter 3. atleast 3 coats of fusion 4. few coats of clear but needs to be inside and above 60 degrees or the clear will kinda yellow on ya. I did this on a 94 kodiak and it turned out great and held pretty well too. I personally wont do the clear so that I could just wipe it down and spray more fusion on,for touch-ups. Also just my opinion but a Flat black looks best on a painted wheeler and is always easy to touch-up. Kinda like the stealth Popo's but on a real machine!
