We have the worst wired popo’s ever put on the market. I have patched my wire harness again and again. This year alone I’ve had 3 wire breaks. I got sick of it and completely replaced the wire harness. I filled the backs of all the connections with silicon and dielectric grease on all the connections.
The wire harness must have been messed up longer than I thought because it was the biggest power gain I’ve ever gotten. The Polaris wheelies better than ever, and runs great.
So if you EFI is feeling sluggish think about the wire harness.
