It could be several things. Mine does it to sometimes. Poor starting, erratic idle, running at full throttle & backing off. High rpms at low speed. Bad oil. Not right oil. Going up steep hills. Walking it. Water wheelies. All kind of things.

It might not be the fact of trying to fix it. It just happens sonetimes when it gets rode hard & the conditions. The things are made for play so I say play hard!!! As long as its not continious. I would just test it see what happens. Good luck. I have seen where some people put filters on the end of the hose that helps from blowing out so much.

Just an unprofessional observation but maybe the filter on the breather is catching the oil vapors and soaking the filter until it drips into the airbox where as the vapors would normally spread evenly across the larger air filter and be soaked up by dirt, etc.

Could have been overfilled during last oil change.

One solution may be to replace the stock breather hose with a couple of feet of rubber hose and route it a couple of times around the outside of the air box before connecting it in the stock location. In theory, that would give the oil vapors more chance to condense in the hose and run back into the crankcase , not making it to the airbox. i have seen ppl do this to remedy oil accumilating in the airbox from excessive wheelies, I think it was the Kawies that were having a big problem with it.
