hey guys i want to see some pics of non lifter cats with 28"laws and also the 29.5"s laws... also how do the laws reverse out of sticky situations compared to my mudzilla's? my 27"mudzillas i noticed have been rubbing on my stock muffler a few times when riding 2 up.. any suggestions?

And one for fun with 31's.

nice thanks guys.. i thought 29.5's would be way tighter in the wheel wells but seem to clear by quite a bit all around..

Yeah, you don't need a lift at all with the 29.5's.  I've never had them scrub at all in any situation.  I've heard 31's fit with no lift, but I haven't tried myself, yet.

I'm not real small either. When the suspension bottomed out it rubbed a lil. It has a 4" CATVOS and 31" laws on it now. That was just for 1 ride in between lifts.

anyone put a tape measure on their laws? I got a set of 29.5's  on my bike when I bought it in June and they measure exactly the same as my buddies 28's that he's had for a couple years, both sets are right at 28"s both had 8-9psi in them.

yeap mine are 28 1/2" on 8" wide rims on the rears and the fronts are 29 1/2" on 6" rims. on 7" rims there pretty much 29" tall unless you run them allmost flat.

I Honestly dont think they pull very hard with more then 10psi in them, it rounds the tire out more causeing it to want to dig more and pull less and will wear the tire out much faster..  jmop

Yeah, high psi will help with height, but the lower you run the better traction.  Also if you have problems spinning them, higher psi gets less of a foot print in mud and helps pulling them.  I try to run 5-7 in mine.  Any lower and I have troubles with breaking beads.

i run 4 psi, NEVER more than 6. it think its just silly, the things  some ppl will do for more GC. it's just that more harder on bushings and bearings

i have had 29.5's forever with no lift, and 31's with a 2" lift and popo springs.  if you are riding 2 up, 29.5's will rub with no lift in the rear, and for me, they will even rub with HL springs. even with my 10's in the rear and HL springs they rub from time to time. i plan on making some spring collars in the near future to stiffen up even more in the rear.

and for the record, 29's and 31's will NOT rub in the front even with stock springs... unless you like to do stunts off the front rack like me LOL
