I have a noise like a popping sound in low range 4 wheel drive on my TRV.

Is this normal?  My brother gets the same kind of popping noise from his Rhino is low range 4 wheel drive.

I was pulling some logs and thought low range would be better but it kept making this noise so I decided to go with high range.

The noise comes from down low it isnt the motor making the pop. Maybe the drive shaft?????????

maybe a CV joint is dirty.. have you checked you cv boot to make sure they are not tore. But it should not be making a poping noise in low or high

maybe the front u joint..?  does it have a rear u joint..?

I am not sure about the boots. I wouldnt think they are bad...only had the machine for a few weeks.

My brothers Rhino is brand new.

I would think if it was a CV boot issue  it would do it in high range as well.
