IMO HMF is a good exhaust, I put the slip-on on my wifes and she loves the way it sounds.  I also put 27" Mudlites on it for her with a 2" lift.  I had to beat the forward bar on the floorboards back about 1.5" to be able to turn otherwise the tires would rub.  I wish that I would have gone with the 26" tires instead though, but if you plan on doing clutch work then you will loves the 27's.

Also you should look into a jet kit if you are going to be putting an exhaust and snorkels on.  Most exhaust, even slip-ons come with a new jet, but with all the other mods you are going to need it, plus you can really dial your machine in.  Good luck and congrats!!

26" mudlites are perfect on the Eiger. It will turn them fine without the clutch kit.  I was told by more then one person at a couple of big rides that it was very difficult to fine tune the jetting with an 1.5" snorkle on the Eiger. They told me it makes a world of difference to go with 2" all the way from the airbox.  I still have 1.5" on mine and it runs pretty good but I do believe it could be better.  The 2" lift makes the bike look so much better.

I was looking and seen some run 1.5" and some run 2" snorkles i guess i'll try the 2", are the eigers very hard to snorkle ? I done my 700 a/c so hopefully this wont be any harder.... i hope. and im gonna try the 27" tires because i already have a set, dont wanna buy anymore if i dont have to. thanks for the info any other suggestions will be great.

They are not hard to snorkle. I can post some pics later if you need them.  There are several people on here that have Eigers snorkled so maybe they can help also.  I understand not buying new tires when you already have some.  Is yours automatic?

-HMF and FMF are the only pipes for the eiger both slip ons
-k&n and uni.......if u get the k&n get the filter wrap also
- clutch kits economy kit from epi and ac400 03-05 outlaw clutch kit will fit (same motor)
- shouldn't need a lift for 27's but if u do highlifter makes a good 2inch!
- i have ran 27 vamps 28mudzillas and now 28x12 sb's. just when u go threw mud put it in low.
pipe, filter, snorkel for more air and re-jet will really wake the bike up.
-front and rear diffs are sealed
-three lines that need to be run up
carb line/ pull seat off right next to the stock intake u will see a black tube.
fan line/ sitting on the bike pull the left side panel off and look at the fan ull see the clear tube coming     up
rear brake line/ sitting on the bike pull the right side panel off look under the gas tank there is a black         tube
all these lines need to be run up (under the pod or up the side of the snorkel)
-ull have three snorkels belt intake belt exhuast and the intake. u can run all this with spa hose and u can use 1.5. once all up to the front switch over to hard pipe.

this is my new setup no air box and all hard pipe 2 inch.
