Its not a joke, not a photoshop creation, thats an actual machine. Now I wouldn't call it a prototype, but its a Rincon based concept. Its not "new" either, that picture, and one of another angle, have been kicking around for a few years now.

That concept ATV featured a rear PTO and 4-wheel steering. Honda has been experimenting with 4-wheel steering on ATV's for many years.
