Jason went and checked out the property toay (it is just accross the street from our house)..... he said it looks like a nice piece of land..... trails, whoop de doos...... 2 huge mud holes.... water to wash up bike with..... camping areas etc...... sounds like a good deal..... we will be going...... shoot if there are no hot showers can even ride the bikes to our house and use the pressure washer or hot shower lol...... so for break downs will have an actual garage near by if anyone needs it
