ORIGINAL: dodgedude07 i just bought my 07 700 kq and i got a few questions. please help me out people. i have a 3" lift, k&n, 28 mudzillas, and hmf pipe and programer. my quad is overheating easy and was wondering if could because programer not programed correct or wut. i will admit i tryed to program myself and not so sure its right. wut should my settings be? or do i need to buy that expensive **** radiator to make her cool off some? VDI!!! LOL! It does allow the King to run cooler, but not sure if this is the fix for you! As Mark(king quadder) said, do a complete cleaning of the rad. I use Suzuki degreaser, wet down the rad(front & back) spray it down really good(front & back) let it soak for a few minutes then spray out with water hose! If you use a pressure washer, Be very careful not to get too close, you'll bend up the fins real bad!! The you talk about some overheating problems! Also, try to make some type of rad splash guards, I'm gonna tackle this, I'm looking for some bendable screen/mesh for this application! You can get some ideas from the Nyroc site! Also, to the Suzuki section! Hope this helps, & good luck Brandon
