girlfriend is getting me a puppy for my xmas present, not sure what else it is but i dont think its full out shar pei? i was reading a few things up on them yesterday but dont even know where to start

do they get along with other dogs? we have a 5 or 6 year old dachsund beagle male and a almost 1 year old female miniature long haired full out dachsund also
at first the puppy and the older dachsund didnt get along to well becuz it was always just the older dog and he got whatever he want and he is really a mommas boy but after awhile the puppy grew on him and she is his shadow now so they are good together but not sure what it will be like bringing another dog into the picture

any info or advice is grate thanks guys

they are alot of maintenence becuase you have to pull back there skin while you bath them and clean between the wrinkles becuase they can get infection becuase there hard to clean.

IMO there to much trouble.

thats what i figured, but we thought our long haired would be a mess and she is a big mess with pulling things out and tearing it up but isnt as bad as we thought she'd be to keep her clean and her hair combed, and her hair isnt even very long yet

the dogs get a bath once a week which is alot more than i know most peoples dogs get bathed

oh well we will see how she does when we get her
