hey, what is the red square button on the left handle bar for?  those are some realy good pics. i odnt realy like the fact that the brake rotors are not solid anymore, seems like this will cause the brakes to wear out sooner.

No that will keep the rotors and pads cooler helping the pad life if anything.

well in my experience it will trap mud in them and wear the pad out faster. they are good for someone who dosnt ride mud but for the mudder i think it will not be a good thing
