Im looking for a trail/mud/snow tire for my 08.  (I do alot of riding in the snow)  I want to get a 26" or 27" without spending more than $375 shipped (cant find any reasonably priced dealers where I live).  I've heard alot of mixed opinions on the swamplites (puncture easy, dont clean out good, and dont last long).  Havent heard much on the mudgears either.   Need some opinions

I love snow riding, I just got some 27" mudwisers 12s for the back 10s in front.  I hope they float better than the stockers

I have the 'zillas and they are awesome in the snow.  I also have about 500 miles on them and they seem to be wearing fairly well.

i have mud gears on my 750. They wear great ,(i have about 1200 miles on mine) quite abit of road riding. they very hard. the brute has the power to really sling the mud. if yu can find them at a cheap price i would reccomend. But my next tire will be something else. i just wanna try something else.  by the way the mud gear is a rough riding tire. but  most are.

27" MST's are AWESOME, M-mud, S-snow, T-trail. I run 12's on all 4 corners, and it is wide, but very stable, and the 750 totally pulls them hard!!!!!!!!!!!!! They ride extremely SMOOTH!!!
