that would be impossible. It would send the axles to an angle that would never work. The next step is a 4" CATVOS lift.

A 2" on a Brute isn't as bad as a 2" on most other bikes. The Brute axles have some room to work with compared to like a Honda. I made my own lift after the Perfex lift I bought didn't suit me. It wasn't hard at all to do.

How much stress will it be on the axles with 2" lift and HL springs.

Anything over the 2" and HL springs is asking for trouble. The axels would be in such a bind it would drag and the first time you got on the gas they would snap. The 4" CATVOS is the way to go if you want more than two inches. There is another thread comparing the two lifts a page or two back that would be worth you checking out.

2" w/HL springs and 1.5" spacers and 30" deep lug tires; no probems at all for me after about 600 miles of trail riding, log climbing and serious mudding.

either that or SRA rims... I like the SRA rims better you get about the same offset w/o the pains of delaing w/ spacers.

so if you put stock sra rims on the back of a brute with a 12 wide tire you wont rub the gas tank? it would be like haveing spacers?

DING DING We have a winner  LOL
j/j
SRA wheels have a diffrent offset than irs wheels giving  it a wider stance. I heard that the sra wheels put strain on balljoints or something
