I drilled my clutch rollers out and have determined that I lightened them up to much, I was curious if anyone that has done a clutch kit had there old ones laying around? all i need is the metal part. I drilled 2- 1/4" holes in each roller and now it only goes about 30 mph. I would think it should go faster than that but it doesn't.

Thats weird i have 4 holes in mine and 2 of them are bigger then 1/4" and mine will still go 50+mph..?
mine are right at 19g each now, i did have just the 2 holes and it was at 19.5gs or so.

huh, just the metal part of my rollers are 12.9 grams +/- .02 gram. I got to put the newer style secondary clutch on tonight and I will run it around some more tomorrow. I am just trying to get the 650 swap buttoned up. it has been a head ache.

the stock 08s are like  21.5g complete.  yours are way lighter then a newer one for sure.
