haha seth, that sucks, i got knocked out for my wisdom teeth, think they gave me an iv and he said count from 10 backwards and i made it to like 7 then was out, i remember that the wall i was looking at was a waterfall painting and when he said count i got to 9 and it looked like i was looking at the waterfall in nature with the water actually falling off the cliff....like 40 minutes later a chick came in to wake me up and i wigged out my dad said and ended up leaning forward real fast with my head to the side and my face went right into her chest lol...my dad was laughing so hard about that the next week, that was when i was like 18 i think...i just remember waking up when the lady came in and then laying back down then they walked me to the truck out the backdoor prob about 30 steps and just remember laying my head against the window of the truck
for my arm surgery seth i was wigging out more than it was actually hurting, i had already gone a week without any pain meds with a friggin intirely broken spiral fracture in my arm...when i go into the prep area and changed and all that and sat down in the bed i had to get the hottie nurse lady to tie my lil gown thing on becuz i couldnt use my other arm(u try tieing ur shoe or something else with just one funcutional hand)...i laid down in the bed they started an iv in my arm and i just remember getting really friggin hot and warm and wanting to gag from nervousness well the drug guy came in introduced himself and we talked and he told me he was gonna give me something to make me calm down shot a shot in it and i started to relax alot more and then he left and came back like 5 minutes later and gave me another shot that was going to knock me out, i just remember him saying i would slowly fall asleep, which i did do quickly, then i remember when i got into the operating room i remember slightly waking up and saying dang these lights in here are wierd and sliding over onto the operating table then went out again and didnt wake up until i was in the after surgery room or whatever, and yea dont sit up to quickly or ur head will hurt
after the surgery was done and i could comprehend and stuff when i got home, my girlfriend who went there with me said when the drug man was giving me my last shot after he gave it to me she said i had a conversation with him that went on the lines of "so after this surgery is done are you (talking to the drug man) going to come to the bar with us and having a drink or two".......well needless to say she said he laughed about it and said dont worry he will be out in a minute or two and we never went to the bar afterwards
