Thats one of the main reasons I switched, I havent regretted it, if you know where to buy them from, the backs are cheaper than laws. I love mine, and I wont be goin back to laws, but I dont ride in much bottemless mud, so I havent had any trouble with them digging. they sure do bite good!

BACKS ALL THE WAY...

wiegth is very comparable to laws
lug goes to the backs
never had a problem with a set of backs leaking around the bead
ride no better than laws
looks while not important at all the backs have that to
i cant coment about the digging, cause where ever i get stuck, so do the bikes with laws
price is the only thing that laws have over backs

and i will not compare a 28 law to a 28 back. their is no comparison...
29.5 (actually 28 3/4) to the 28 back is a good comparison

get what you like. i like backs cause there different, perform any better(a tire so close as backs to laws wont matter), its the rider and his or hers techniuq  that will get them the rest of the way through the hole.

and the laws have been around longer than 10 months, thats why more people have laws. and why go buy new tires when the other will be the same .  JMHO

are you serious? i had a set of 29.5 outlaws and a set of 28 backs and they were not comparable at all... i could see comparing a 30" back and a 29.5 outlaws though... both seem to do well, backs dig a little more but easily fixed with some throttle control... both tires impress me and yes backs looks better

i said that because ive bought 3 sets of 4 brand new 29.5x10 laws and not a one of them measured over 28 3/4" with 7 psi on a 7" wide rim and the four sets of 28x10 backs (2 sets are mine) have all measured true with the same psi and on the same rim. the lugs are close since the back has a 1 3/4" lug and the 29.5 (28.75) has a 1.5" lug and the wieghts are realy close

backs are a good tire!! yes they dig more but like 1meanforeman450 said some throttle control can be the easy fix to that! just learn to listen to what your tires are doing!
