have a creek that borders most of the property. But we have plenty of big holes on the trails & 3 man made pits. ****, last weekend we had a 200 acre flowing river..lol

u arent going to want to. Our place is alot different from Copiah. we have canals, a beaver pond, 1/4 mile super serpent, and also 2 150 foot long, 30 foot wide pits. If you want water, we have that, if you want mud, we got that too. Ask some of the guys that have been here, maybe they can tell you what its like a lil better than I can.

yea the guys i ride with went last weekend and they could not tell me much about the place cause it was all under water. thats why we are coming back this weekend.

yea, we almost closed last weekend b/c part of the property is a swamp & we got 3 1/2 inches of rain friday. The water is gone, so it should be really good. we have 15+ miles of trails, so I hope ya'll have a lot better time this weekend. I'll be looking for the red Brute!

I will say, there was alot of water last weekend but that changes it up alittle. We had a blast. Did not have to worry about the dust thats for sure.

We've been doing some clearing on the hill this week. I know we've alot of people ask about campers. If anyone is wanting to bring their camper, thats fine, but it will be primitive this weekend.
